Could it be us? Details are just being released, as word spread all over Flowery Branch. The Atlanta Falcons has agreed to trade a well known offensive player to as of now, a yet to be idenified AFC team. The trade will net the Falcons 3 draft picks, a 2nd and 3rd round in this years draft and a 3rd round pick in 2005. Both teams are awaiting league approval before the deal and further details are released. My inside source, said the name of the falcon player and the AFC team should be released as early as later this evening or tomorrow morning. It seems McKay is following the pattern he laid down in Tampa in stock piling picks and building thru the draft and adding a few key FA. From all reports the two picks are pretty high in each round. Things are starting to heat up in Falcon Land. Stay tuned for more details and information, as they are released. http://boards.atlantafalcons.com/index.php?showtopic=11855
On that Falcon forum they are talking about Dunn and Ducket possibly going in the trade.. I wouldn't think we need RBs so maybe it's not us.
Get rid of this post, Sorry!!!! This is false, I did not read all 30 pages to link. (SORRY) say's 2005

Way to go MParty. That's bein' on the ball. These erroneous threads are ruining the board. It's hard to watch.
Well we have Curtis and Blaylock. Those are two good backs. We'll see what happens with Derrick from that injury, but no, halfback is not priority. Let me rephrase, we could use a big back such as Duckett but QB, OL, DL, OLB, DB are most important right now.
Well..Curtis is 33 coming off knee surgery and a ton of carries in his career. Blaylock was injured all year. Sorry to disagree but we need a halfback too.
