My 7 Round Mock.... Basically what I did was the first names you see in each round is the player I would of selected first. The next name in the round is a back up in case the player is gone and can be mixed and matched according to who we select in previous rounds. Round 1. Brandin Cooks WR/ Eric Ebron TE / Odell Beckham JR WR Round 2. Austin Seferian-Jenkins TE/ Jordan Matthews WR/ Donte Moncrief WR Round 3. Deone Bucannon S/ Pierre Desir CB/ Trai Turner OG Round 4. Trent Murphy DE/OLB / Lamarcus Joyner DB Round 4. Cyril Richardson OG/ Telvin Smith OLB/ Ed Reynolds FS Round 4. Dri Archer RB/ Jerick McKinnon Round 5. Cody Latimer WR/ Dontae Johnson CB Round 6. Aaron Colvin CB/ Michael Sam DE/OLB Round 6. Matt Patchan OT/ Max Bullough ILB Round 6. Jordan Zumwalt LB Round 6. Colt Lyerla TE/ Tajh Boyd QB/ Logan Thomas QB Round 7. Patrick O'Donnell P /Antone Exum CB I've never done a 7 Round Mock before being that it's complicated trying to figure where players will fall to but gave it my best shot.
I keep going back and forth on who Id want in rounds 1 and 2..either TE in the 1st or WR in the 1st. Any type of combo of Ebron/Matthews or Cooks/ASJ would be amazing. I know CB is a need but its time the offense gets addressed in the draft. Also really hope they use one of those 57 6th rounders on Lyerla. Its a low risk move if he's still available at that point.
Always hard to judge with replacements but working off your number one picks I think Latimer will be gone and think a CB should be picked a bit earlier. Other than that it looks pretty good to me.
Yeah I know for sure teams will take players far higher than they are projected to go that's why it's hard to place players after the 2nd round
