I was just listening to Joe and Evan on WFAN and some guy called and said that he got an e-mail from the Jets saying that if you missed your payment for the PSL on NOV 1st that your game tickets will be suspended for this weekends game. I am guy who bought an entire season of another guy and for me its impossible to know if he did or not, I imagine theres a lot of people like me since the PSL are now in effect. Anyone else hear this?
I mean I just don't understand, what if someone gets them off the computer but that particular person didn't pay his PSL? This is absolute horse shit
Buy at your own risk. They want you to use NFL Ticket Exchange not stubhub. Not saying I agree but this is their thinking.
I had a long talk with one of the Jets reps on the phone when I wasn't sure if I'd have my full payment in by November 1st. Luckily the next 2 games were away so I didn't have to rush if I was a little short on my payment. However I was able to get it in on time. But they all told me that your bar code on the tix would be suspended if you made payment after the 1st. However all you had to do was call up and get your account reinstated if you made the payment 2 weeks late for example. It really could be a total cluster if people bought someone's suspended tix on craigslist or some other 3rd party. I guess if you got ripped off you could always call the Jets tix office and give them the ticket info. and they can punish the season tick holder that way as well. Then again that still leaves the buyer SOL in terms of getting their money back. Police would probably have to get involved for that.
at times like this, it's nice to know that my first PSL payment (after the deposit) isn't due until November 2011... although, maybe I should take another look at my contract and make sure
Do you honestly expect them to let you use a service that wasn't paid for? If you bought them second hand, "Buyer Beware". It's a shitty situation, but it's a business, not a charity.
oh im good too mines paid. im saying for the hold up its going to cause because of people who havent,
Why is that his right? He either didn't pay his bills or bought his tickets second hand. His rights as a ticket holder are non-existant.
