the Pats remind me of the Steelers last year. Received too many breaks during the playoffs and ended up playing in the Superbowl where they lost. The Giants remind me of the Packers last year, hot and dominating throughout the playoffs, unlike their opponent and ended up winning the Superbowl. :drunk:

Prediction: The next time the Patriots huddle-up on offense will be in August 2012.

I've been thinking of this to but still think there is a small chance they play ball control, I really believe they might be able to run a little on the Giants.

I must confess here I never heard before this week that the Giants had picked up on Brady's signals at the LOS in SB42. That's giving me some added confidence this time around:manning:.

After thinking long and hard about it I just can't root for the Pats, can't do it. My hatred of Bellichick and what he did to the Jets is much worse then seeing the Giants raise another trophy.

What I'm doing is not calling it rooting, but instead "stomaching". I don't know any NE fans personally, and so I would be able to stomach a NE win tonight because I will have to hear/read about it on the internet and newspapers, that's it.

Friends of mine who are Giants fans, I can't deal with them now, I can imagine if they win tonight how things will go down.

Can the 9ers/Ravens play tonight? Any chance?

Ya, the Giants really rolled over the 49ers... Two turnovers and two dropped ints. and and couple of really fortunate calls by the zebras, yet the Giants still needed OT to beat them.

The 49ers QB sucked, and they still would have won if Williams doesn't give them 10 points.

Posted this in another thread, but thought I would add it here:

Here is what I want - a poorly played, turnover ridden, penalty filled, horrible game where both teams and QBs play horribly. I don't want credit given to the defenses either. I want unforced interceptions, dropped passes by Cruz and Gronk, fumbled snaps, false starts, etc. I want scoring drives to be based on controversial pass interference penalties so the QBs don't get the stats and the defense gets no credit either. I want FGs galore and special teams nightmares. I want long kick returns with no TDs, but long enough for teams to score points so the defenses give up points. I want no signature plays, drives, or moments. In other words, I want a real stinker of a game so that people look back on this game that somebody unfortunately has to win and says neither team deserved to be in that game , let alone win it. I don't want the game to be close so there is absolutely no excitement. And I want some obscure player to win the MVP. I want Madonna and some Budweiser commercial to be the stars of the day.

they didnt roll over the 49ers but they rolled over the Birds and GB. They have played overall better than the Patriots and are hot.

Not sure if Yisman is going to be around today, so I was thinking about putting up some prop bets in the Virtual Vegas forum.

EDIT: I see my boy here. I'll leave things to professionals.

I want the commercials to be more exciting than the game.

The only reason I'm thinking about it is because I know the owner of the bar, and will be going with a bunch of friends of mine, one of which might as well be a bodybuilder.
