    Was excellent in 2009 when on the field. He has been a total bum this year

    i thought strick played pretty well. if your blaming him for the gronk TD thats just stupid matching him up.

    He's played well when he's been put in a position that compliments his strengths.

    dumb thread.

    he's been pretty good this season and he even had some decent plays in THIS game. like that shot on welker....he had a couple of them.
    on the gronk TD he had no shot 1 on 1

    Strickland has been very good this year I think actually..

    Him being 1 on 1 with Gronkowski shows how badly we were outcoached tonight. The Pats had answers for everything we tried to do and were 2 steps ahead.

    Good tackler but not much else. Hate to say it but Drew Coleman might have been a better player strictly from a playmaking standpoint.

    Can't blame him too hard for trying to cover 6' 6" or 6'7", 265 lbs TE.

    He could blitz better than Strickland. Strickland is the surer tackler and he's better at covering in the slot. Either way, it's probably a wash at this point.

    Coleman had a knack for making plays on the football. He was a good blitzer and good at forcing fumbles. Strickland is fine for what he is.
