    I am taking the reigns of the contest for November, and I'm gonna have some rules that should really bring the artwork out.

    Not necessarily overbearing rules, but ones that will demand more skill, and less copy/paste (which I have been seeing more and more of as months progress)

    I would like to have a 3 round month, mainly because many of our artists have time constraints and I want them to have ample time to work.

    I'm probably going to have it be: Top 4, Top 2, Final.

    If another couple people add in, I would go Top 5, Top 3, Final

    First round details to be released tomorrow, 11/1

    I'm not a photoshop master like most of you guys but I will play along. It will give me a reason to practice with it some more.
