They just said expect a lot of Matt Flynn and Josh Johnson lol wtf!? I want Petty! ps. the game is on NFL Network (tebow)
I thought Enunwa had a pretty strong hold on #3 duties. Surprised to see his name on there. Evans would've made more sense if he's healthy (not sure if he is)
That starting defense actually isn't all that bad. I feel like it wouldn't be the 32nd ranked defense if it was the real defense lol.
We know what we have in Petty. Right now we don't know if Flynn or Johnson are good enough to stick around.
Kerley is pretty much proven, we all know what he brings to the table, he hit his ceiling skill wise. Enunwa needs a lot of snaps, he's still very raw.
That is true. Still weird to see a guy that you're gonna be counting on, to be out there in the last preseason game surrounded by a majority of guys who wont be here next week.
Thanks sir. You really brought quality to this board. Learning a lot of stuff from this board and I have been seeing a lot of good threads started by you. Especially your post game analysis are awesome.
I think if they feel they need a replacement for Amaro they will go out to get one, he is just not big enough to take over that role. They just may not bother with a h-back if they can't find the right person to play it.
I don't know why but I'm almost as excited for this game than I'd be for a regular season game. There's something about watching all these young talented guys who normally don't see the field to finally be in the spotlight and leave it all out there. For a lot of them this is the last time they'll see the field, maybe the last chance to secure a job in the NFL. And every once in a while, somebody like Snacks pops up and develops into a dominating player. Maybe this year it's Enunwa, Marcus Williams, Rontez Miles, TJ Barnes etc.
Our starting corners in the scrub bowl are the starting corners from last regular season. Refreshing.
D Dozier did not start and was replaced by Aboushi View at end of Q1 / start Q2 Flynn passing well - Stacy running well and nice reception at start of 2nd for a TD - Powell playing himself onto the roster - Owusu playing well getting good separation and has a TD. Flynn getting GREAT protection and opening holes for the running backs. Winters was owned on one or two plays but rebounded well on the Stacy reception ofr a TD GO J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS
