Maybe you guys can help me out. I am going to the Eagles game this weekend and I have a parking pass. I am going with my sister who is coming from NYC. I am coming from the south and I would like to find a place where she can park her car for a few hours and I can meet her and go together in one car. Does anybody know of a place that would work?
Houlihan's in Harmon Meadow Cove. Redd's or Grasshopper Too are also options in Moonachie, especially if she has to wait for you or vice versa. Mass transit is another option. If you don't want her to take the 351 or 164 direct shuttle bus via Port Authority, she can get the PATH to Journal Square in Jersey City, or the NJ Transit to Secaucus Junction. Just pick her up there.
If you are coming up the Parkway you can consider the NJ Transit Park-N-Ride in Clifton Commons. That's where I left my car for the Miami game. It's towards the back of the Commons near Stop & Shop. The good part of it was I wasn't stressed of being ticketed or towed by some restaurant/hotel owner since I left it there for 8 hours.
That's a good choice for him, but she's gotta get back to NYC. The best option for each of you is NJ Transit from Penn Station to Secaucus Junction & back. Once you drop her off you can get right on the Tpke.
