Dykes is good for the Jets. Wesley Woodyard is a guy I like, but wouldn't be a good fit for the Jets defense.
Erin Henderson, J Leman, and Ezra Butler are good fits at ILB in the 3-4. Darrell Roberston, if we want to take a chance on another D-Rob, has the potential to be a solid pass rusher. A lot of good safeties available too.
said it before and i'll say it again, jump on jamie silva before some other team does. He will make some team happy. Absolute worst case scenerio is he is this year's Leonard Peters, providing some long-haired training camp excitement
If you want Highsmith you might have to put him at saftey cause he is undersized even for a weak side 4-3 OLB

Eric Young and Jamie Silva are my top guys. I think Henderson can play the 3-4 ILB as well. I've heard a lot about McClain on this site before but I dont know a lot about him. Anyone have any solid knowledge?
