Well the Robertson deal is far from done so we can't really talk about this yet. Insanity is right about the Vilma pick though.
Its not FAR from done. Robertson needs to restructure his contract, and pass physical [he will]. cincy can't afford to lose out on another DT. And Marvin Lewis loved Drob coming out of college.
You are. We get a 4th for him in the 08 draft. and depending on how he performs next season, we get a 2nd or 3rd round pick in next years draft, while giving NO our 09 4th round pick.
He's not worth it for our needs. Cincy is going to give him more years, we don't want him longer. By trading him, we saved something like 8-10 million dollars.
How about we get rid some of those 4ths and some other picks, get a late first round pick and draft a WR
I am pretty sure Kendall turned into a 4th next year. Also I think from what I have read that we may get a 7th this year from the Brooks deal, but may have to give our 7th to Oakland for B. Hamilton.
But the deal for Hamilton was conditional. Did he meet the requirements? Bollinger probably did IMO since he starting a bit in Minnesota, but I'm not certain. The Kendall pick is next season.
