Loved Oblivion. Actually just playing through it for the second time right now. Looks amazing.

Me too... plus the shivering Islands plug-in is AMAZING.

They must have been on sooo much drug while designing the reign of madness :p

I didn't play Oblivion but this game looks pretty sweet. I don't know anything about the series either. Anyone wanna take the time to explain why the games are so enjoyable??

They involve multiple dragons attacking 3 wizards on the island of trrru. They're all the same.

They really kick fucking ass on all levels.

Huge quests, huge environments. One of the best RPGs of all time.

Oblivion was absolutely ruined for me by the level scaling. Stupidest fuckin concept ever. It made it not enjoyable.

Bethesda stated there would still be level scaling but more like fallout 3 level scaling (which was tolerable) than oblivion level scaling.

I enjoy bioware RPGs way more than Bethesda. Their games are graphically and storyline inferior, along with buggu as hell.

Yeah, I played a little of Oblivion on the PS3 and that level-scaling B.S made me quit. I'm more of a casual gamer, but I can get sucked it given the right game. Oblivion was a great concept, but being able to become the "Hero of Kvatch" at Level 1 was fuckn' stupid. Didn't bother playing after that.

I played Morrowind, and Oblivion on PC, and just cheated/mods like mad.

But I played, Fallout 3, and New Vegas on XBox -- sans cheats, and didn;t use cheats or mods -- thusly improving the experience.

So win Skyrim comes out, def going to get it on console. Plus, I'd likely have to upgrade the rim off my PC.
