Knows his stuff. This is a great interview with him, apologizes if it's already been posted. The dropoff from Jenkins to Pouha has been minuscule this entire year. Such an underrated player. http://www.newyorkjets.com/photos-a...d9ff#?id=a318c35b-8fda-4579-8f12-572f32f2ed3f
Well now... vs the run maybe (plus having 2 ILBs like Harris and Scott helps)... vs the pass I think it's pretty noticeable. That said Jenkins (when healthy) is one heck of a player... Pouha has done a good job so kudos to him...
Jenkins when healthy can stuff the run & generate a constant push up the middle towards the qb. Even generate some pressure himself which is insane for a NT. Pouha has filled in well & Jets are lucky to have him. Wouldn't call the drop miniscule though. The pass rush Jets have been struggling with most of this season would've been improved w/ a healthy Jenkins at NT. For rushing defense, the drop off has been very small.
