Geno = He's still making the same mistakes. I wont allow myself to get fooled by his performance in the last 2 games of the season. C-

Sheldon Richardson = One of the top rookies this year. A-

Dee Milliner = He had a very rough start. But Dee has shown improvement and has upside. Plus he covered top WR's in the league and shown signs of brilliance. B-

    Winters = Meh. C-

    Geno- B-
Up & Down Year but shown flashes that he can be a good QB one day in this leaugue. Plus the talent around him was terrible and still he prospered at times with it. Plus the kid outplayed Tom Brady for a W vs NE.

    Milliner - B-
Awful start to the year but he really didnt have much time in the off season to prepare due to injuries. Plus he's a CB thats hard to transition to from college to the NFL and like Geno has shown flashes late that he can be a good in this league one day.

    Rich - A+
Do i really have to explain? DROY !!! (and i think he had about just as many TD's as anybody else on our offense LOL)

    Winters - F
Maybe an offseason will help or something i dont know, but grading off of this one season he stunk.

    Bohanon- C
Not good Not bad. I liked his run in miami that last game though.

To give Miliner anything higher than a C is ridiculous. He finished stronger than he started which is promising but got lit up all year

Geno - B- He's shown plenty of upside and finished strong. Looks like it was a learning year and he seemed to learn a lot. Pretty happy with this if he continues getting better from here.

Richardson - A+ This kid is something special. Clearly the best pick of the draft overall. He was dominant the whole season.

Milliner - D+ Get beat up all year, though injury seemed to bother him. Last two games he greatly improved and hopefully those games serve as a stepping stone to future improvement. Those two games are the only reason he doesn't get an F.

Winters - C- Got picked on a lot by opposing d-lines. The rest of the o-line was awful this year so there wasn't really anyone around to help him.

Bohanon - B Has done a pretty good job. Pretty impressive rushing for a FB.

Unless the rookies play like pro-bowlers, they get grades of C's?

    Richardson A speaks for itself
Milliner C+ big improvement in last few weeks AFC defensive player of the week
    earns him the plus
Geno C Bad weeks and not bad weeks even out to average
Winters D Weakest link on the line Not sure what his strengths are
Bohannon C+ Nothing great but very steady

    Geno Smith- C-

He was up and down earlier in the season, then after the bye he had a horrendous 3 game stretch. Then he ended the season on a solid note. He has a lot of potential and hopefully he builds on his solid end of year play.

    Sheldon Richardson- A+

He's easily our best rookie, I hated the pick at first but I'm glad I was wrong. He could potentially be the next Warren Sapp the sky is definitely the limit.

    Dee Milliner- D

He ended the season on a good note but he was bad for most of the year. His play at the end of the year was promising hopefully he builds on it.

    Brian Winters- D

He shown flashes but he was beat like a drum this year. Hopefully with a years experience he improves.

    Tommy Bohannan- C

He was a nice find in the 7th round. He does everything you need from your FB. He catches, runs and blocks.

This, I love how people look at the last 2 games. An forget how bad he was in the previous 14, Milliner at best was a c-

    Richardson obviously A
Geno considering the position, I'd give him a B, QB is the toughest an most ridiculed position in the NFL, 8-8 , hope he gets better

    winter's D, enough said

Dee - Slow starts but awesome finish not a good secondary around him either C

    Sheldon - A + on offense A + on defense

Geno - Mix of A+ and F- performances should average to a C but playing on our offense in my opinion he gets a B

Winters - Took over for Vlad but wasn't ready D

Bohannon - Solid pass catcher but not a real fullback in my opinion C

Campbell - F dude didn't even dress one game waste of a pick

Obvioushi - pick at least made sense grade = incomplete

Milliner - C - , he played much better at the end of the season but to be benched multiple times and his lack of consistent play is something I think could be a concern.

Sheldon - A+, probably defensive rookie of the year. Can't say enough good things about him.

Geno - C, inconsistent at times and his awful play midseason cost us any chance at the playoffs. He looked much more comfortable once Kerley came back but the Jets absolutely need to get a vet in to compete next year. I'm not 100% sold on Geno

Winters - C-, nothing spectacular but he was injured to be fair for the start of the year and is already better than Vlad the waste of space Ducasse

Aboushi - F; you'd expect a 5th round pick to at least suit up a few times. Sadly made more headlines for being Palestinian than his football. Maybe a year to learn will be a good thing

Will Campbell N/A; he was drafted as a project and was just that. Didn't expect to see him play this year

Tommy Bohanan - B; a 7th round pick who played almost every game. I thought he was pretty solid for us catching and running the ball. FB is a position that is dying but I think we may have found a pretty good one.

How can you say that about Milliner and then give Geno a B?

Milliner's horrific start is the reason why I gave him a B-. It shows his growth and potential. Giving Milliner either a C+ or B- is apt. Plus, right today, Milliner is probably a B- CB. He's a rookie, you shouldn't let his past mistakes hold him back.

Milliner gets a big fat F. Anything higher is giving him to much praise. He was the #9 pick. A #9 pick should not only be on the field (which Milliner wasnt for a good amount) but also make a SIGNIFICANT impact. This guy was benched and was the worst starter on the team.

The last 2 games were nice but overall he was horrible. I think we can expect a much better season next year.

Milliner came in with no training camp, and by the end of the year he not only finished being ranked as one of the best CB's in the league, but easily earned the starting spot and shut down Josh Gordon. He gets a B+ from me.

    Geno is a C

Richardson is A+, really everything you want in a rookie

    Winters is a C-

Bohannon gets a B just because there's not much he has to do but he gets done what he has to pretty well
