    Brett Favre is on the cover of SI. It sure has been a while since a Jet was on the cover (2004 about Joe Namath's downhill life after football)

    ...and a little buh-bye Brady blurb on the cover as well. If you go back to the general feelings of Pats fans and Jets fans after the AFC Championship game last year compared with now you would never in a million years believe what has happened unless you saw it with your own two eyes. Cover of Sports illustrated...lol

    Great, so now there's the Sports Illustrated curse to go along with the Madden curse. These could be insurmountable odds folks.

    Good call. I really love that picture of Brady's Knee all askew. I wonder if the Cheatriots will "kneed" him to win . . . get it?

    That is a nice looking cover. I'll have to pick up a copy for my coffee table.

    I'm not sure if my friend (Patriots fan) will want to look at it.

    Someone said awhile back that the Jets curse will balance out the Madden curse. I believe it will do the same for the SI curse. The Jets truly are doubley cursed so...

    don't worry about the madden curse it has already taken it's toll on Favre (he lost his team, his identitiy almost. Which now has to be rebuilt) with that being said I feel that since Favre is Madden's most beloved son the curse is mad that it "had" to take from him and is now taking it's toll on those who stand in his way. (so far Brady, Merriman)

    let's see how this plays out but the Madden curse is satisfied already.

    SI curse? the guy has been on the cover 19 gazillion times
