This does not imply that Chad should be booed but, the decision that he is starting is being booed.

    Two keys to watch for:

    1. A couple of FG's in the first half where 7 would have been much more germane to a successful outcome.

    2. The pick 6 in the 4th quarter.

I could see boos after the first key and I'll be shocked if they are not there after the second.

Absolutely not..... Chad taking the field has nothing to do with him. It's bad managment by the coaching staff. Booing Chad solves nothing, this guy gave up money on his contract, gone through 2 shoulder surgeries, broken a wrist all to help this franchise win. He has the heart of a champion and his inability to get a win falls as much on the coaching staff as it does wit his lack of ability.

I'd rather boo Mangini but unfortunately for Chad he's the one that's going to hear it. At the Eagles game fans were booing after particularly bad passes that Chad threw so I'd be shocked if he doesn't hear it all game long on Sunday.

    shouldn't but probably will
maginis not an idiot- he knows most fans want number 10 benched and it would be terrible to boo pennington like that-

for all we know- booing like that could strengthen manginis resolve not to be seen as if he's givning in to fan pressure

I think its time to change Q/B but its not time to boo the team.

We need everyone to get behind the team and let Chad show what he can do. If he wants to keep the starting job he needs to step up and show it now!

OK, how exactly do you do that? Boo when they announce Mangini's name? Do you start "Fire Eric!" chants?

How exactly to you express displeasure that Pennington is on the field.

Do not boo Chad. He had good years with the Jets and it will make New York fans look like even bigger assholes. An idea that would hurt the team more is to just not even buy tickets or dont show up if you have them. It isn't his fault that he's getting the start and i still wouldn't boo him because i think hes a great guy who is very team oriented. Im not saying hes that great or that he should be starting, but booing is just unneccessary. It would be wonderful to see no one show up because that would hurt the management for their decision. (It would never happen, so don't bash me saying im an idiot)

Is Chad really THAT "team oriented"? Mo Lewis was, and even he knew when to hang it up.

He has had seven games to do that and has done nothing to show that he should still be a starter in the Nfl. It is time to go!

I'm not even sure if germane has a continuum. Isn't something either germane or not germane. Kind of like coincidences, there are no big or small coincidences, a coincidence is a coincidence.

Chad should not be booed for doing what his coach tells him by taking the field.

However, as soon as that thick-headed fat fuck of a coach pokes his beady little eyes out of the tunnel, y'all should bring the noise.

Then later on when Chad fucks up...you boo his ass.

Chad should understand that the booing is not over him. It's over the decision to start Chad, if that is indeed what happens. Chad needs to sit, and Mangini is a fool if he starts him.
