When did this even happen? I swear I didn't see him get hurt all game. The Jets must've put me into a trance or something.
Never root for injury, but he was bad. The Patriots were 5 yards down field before a Jets linebacker was even on the screen.
We have small LBs. That means the DL has to occupy blocks. Not just LB's the DL did not play very well either.
Defensive line was dog shit too. Quinnen Williams has been relatively invisible as has John Franklin-Myers in the two games since his extension.
How many injured starters do we have now? I think it is down to only 9 injured starters with Maye back. Bad enough we have the youngest team in the league but we have to play every game with 8 to 10 missing starters. Hopefully, Mosley and J. Davis will be back next week. Nice to see A. Davis have a good game.
hate on schefter all you want but it wasn't his decision to rely on Jamien Sherwood being a top contributor
When you have a safety that weighs 215 lbs playing the linebacker position and is going against guards and tackles the laws of physics are not in his favor, Jets defensive strategy is now getting players injured. When I wished for Sherwood to not see the field again for the Jets, I was not hoping it happened this way.
@FJF and I saw it in the Eagles Pre-season game and discussed it at length, he was never going to be productive at that weight in that position. I’m surprised Saleh allowed him to play in that spot for as long as he did.
Fringe prospect getting game reps that were too early for him. Hate Achilles injuries and hope he's back in time for training camp to help step up a gear. Late project picks like this can't afford to have these long absences without training if they are going to make it in the league, just look at cashman. Sent from my M2007J20CG using Tapatalk
