Scott is not allowed to leave without signing on the dotted line.....that's the mentality Tanny better be going into this meeting with.

For some reason, the link won't let me view the actual article. but amazing post, this is really good news. How soon do you think he will sign? I doubt the ravens will offer him anymore, because if they were going to, they would of already. Don't quote me on that, just a feeling.

I'm sure we will overpay, that being said though, we all know Tanny knows exactly what he's doing with the cap and Scott is an important piece to both the defense and to the Rex Ryan transition. I'm pulling that we sign him.

If the Jets are going to overpay anyone this FA period, Scott would be the guy.

He knows Ryan's defense and can make all the calls for us. He's young. He was very productive for Baltimore last season. All that spells success in NY.

Ray Ray would be a flash in the pan for a year or two, be less productive and want a lot more money.

This thread title is misleading. It's pure speculation that Scott will visit the Jets.

If Scott leaves for the vist to New York, you have to think that he will be as good as signed since Tanny has never been shy with the cash. There will be no 300,000 dollar hold up for us.

The previous article....leaked by his AGENT was pure speculation that the two sides were close.

Maybe the Agent was soliciting a higher starting point from NY

    That was a blessing.

    Never overpay for a corner.

A DL plays every snap. A corner plays 10 plays a game.
