so he is still going to make 7 million this year? can't believe it...

either way probably going to decimate poor Matty Leinart...

Actually we were the sloppy seconds of the steelers when he left them...The cards are just getting the last of the leftovers

I may be wrong, but I was under the assumption that since he is making 2 million this year from the Cards, we only have to pay him 3 now. I'm not sure if that is correct though.

Nope. Tanny screwed this one up. It came out that Faneca's contract didn't contain offset language.

Good for Faneca. He'll make their running game better, but he's gonna get Leinart killed.

Kerry Rhodes, Jay Feely, and Alan Faneca can all watch the Jets in the Superbowl together.

I have a feeling we will be missing all three players.

They will be missing from the team yes, but I won't actually miss them.

(Maybe Feely, but not the others)

Kurt Warner is now thinking he made the right move in retiring.

That's true. So does that mean that Fitzy will be playing on the left?

Fitzgerlad is going to be running nothing but 5 yard hooks and outs for this season.

Good he went to a pass happy team. That way everyone can see how shitty he is in pass protection and see that it was a smart move by us to cut him.

It amazes me how as soon as we let a guy go we just attack the player. All the guy did was play hard for us every week and was a good citizen off the field yet we have to atack him b/c shockingly his skills started to decline as he got a little older.
