Wow nice. Just shows you how highlight videos can really skew how good a player is. Watching that made it seem like Sanchez was the next Peyton Manning. Hopefully with time though...

Well IMO it just shows he has the tools to make plays on the field, my favorite play prob out of all those is that bomb to Braylon when he looks off a defender and just throws a perfect pass to Braylon in coverage, just a beautiful throw, hes got the tools, hopefully SOME offensive scheme will come along and work out, Shotty or not

Throws a great deep ball. He's a downfield passer.

Its the timing and short routes he has to work on.

Jeeze.... Watching the first two minutes of that video got me to wondering, what the hell happened? We looked dominant. This just reminds me how much potential Sanchez has. He needs to give the ball to Edwards and Keller more often.

That brought a smile to my face-

The touch he has on his deep ball is beautiful.

That 29 yard TD pass to Cotch against NE was great, u should cut that one in there.

Man, is he accurate on deep passes or what. Thats the team we need to be. Run, run, throw deep.

Yep, and that's the exact reason the Jets have to pay Edwards

Sweet, I don't know what it was about that pass, it was a thing of beauty.

He definitely shows flashes. As frustrating as the mistakes are, they are consistent with inexperience. Let's just hope he shows annual progress rather than decline. The tools are all there. Here's an interesting stat rundown a different article inspired me to look up. Drew Brees' stats from his first 3 years in the league. Took him a few years to become a top QB and play with consistency and TD to interception ration that gets you wins: In year 3, his stats compare very closely with our rook. A lot of improving to do for the Sanchise, but he's by no means performing horribly for a young QB. I think he'll be the answer.
