You guys know I'm not a Sanchez hater at all, but his 2 games at Foxboro have been absolutely terrible so far. It's not a big enough sample size, but clearly something needs to change Sunday for us to have a chance. Ehhhh I didn't think he was playing that poorly in the first half of the game this year.. a lot of questionable plays were being run I thought. I don't think you can put too much stock in those two games because the first one he was a rookie in the middle of a real rough patch in his season. And this year they fell behind by so much that the game got away from them and they had to take chances passing the ball. The only really awful thing was that pick near the goalline. But he's definitely gotta play better this week if we're gonna have any chance to go up there and get a win.
PLAY...F****NG...CALLING You will know all you need to know in the first 10 minutes of this game. Off Coverage, do we run the wideout to the QB or outside the numbers. The Men in the box dictates depth not direction. And...JFTR Joe McKnight should see snaps in this game..... Motioned out to WR with Keller flexed and Hartsock tight.
IMO those stats are a reflection of Belli eating Shotty alive because of his predictability! He did it when Chad was here also, running the same routes and the same plays and constantly putting his QB's in 3rd and long all game. You can't win like that! Sometimes, you have to get a 1st down ON 1ST DOWN!
There is a decision making problem in there too. Its not just Schotty. These are the two games where he's pressed the most to be a hero, which leads to the most mistakes. The entire team needs to get their mind right when they enter Foxboro.
Thsi part is 100% correct but earsier decisons come when he is not put into situations where he has to force something.
Right. Limit Throws outside the numbers. FCOL...When NE runs the WR screen, they bring the WR inside and send the blockers outside. When Schitty runs it, he expects the corner to miss the tackle on a long throw so the WR can run down the sideline. HAS THAT EVER HAPPENED? Yet we still run it that way. And the other thing.....Monitor marks completion pct Under 65, call more High Pct Pass Plays....
Arguing against the Schotty bashers is worse than arguing with Junc... you are now doing both. Enjoy you're headache.
During the Buffalo Game I said...he's clearly made it right to put the Woodhead thing aside. But...LETS F*NG EXPLOIT what we kept him for. I expected 4-6 plays for him particularly as a motion out from the backfield in the last game. NE did not sign Woodhead and say...get acclimated. They said 'Here's what YOU DO, so We'll just do IT" This is another indictment of Schotty. (and I'm not digging up the .gif, beut he thanks you for tha anticipated support  )
He hasn't. The Defense has. Sanchez is reliably consistent given the opportunity. That's why despite UKK's assertions, I'm on Schotty.
