Well our annual 14 team Auggie Dawgs draft party is this evening (and I haven't prepared at all) Top 2 are LT, and AP...... I would've gone Jackson @ 3, but his holdout concerns me a bit, as does Westbrook's injury history. Next I'm thinking Addai, Marion B, then Gore (although he has questions too... Martz, shitty team, no QB) , then Portis (I think Brady comes back to Earth, as manning and Marino did the year after their big TD seasons... that didn't produce a trophy) What do you think? 3-4-5-6? Westbrook/Jackson (toss up because Jackson signed), Brady, Gore, and Portis I'm leaning towards Gore in my draft, it's a random pick selection, so if I'm anywhere out of the top 4 I'm taking Frank Gore. I just have a feeling he's going to turn it on this year...as long as he stays healthy.
Namath, I never agree with you, but you are totally right here. I feel Marion Barber warrants as high as a 5 pick. In fact aside from LT, Barber has the most stable offensive situation.
Now I'm friggin concerned. Westbrook in my league is clearly more valuable for total yards and receptions, but he gets injured, so do you take Jackson with a crappy offensive line at 3rd overall? I'm torn!
