I dont like our situation...we have Clement, no more than a backup, and Jones, who simply cannot play the right side.

    So who's still available?

    Ryan O'Callaghan
    Brad Butler
    Zach Strief
    Jeromey Clay

Not many guys  IMO we need one of those guys, unless were planning a move during the offseason

O'Callaghan or Hass should be our next pick

Quadtrine Hill and Ryan O'Callaghan are two of my favorite players still on available.

O'Callaghan could be a steal if he continues to drop...I would grab him with the next pick.

Ok, why do you think that Adrian Jones can't play RT? Do you really think any of those guys would be starting at RT if we draft them? In the 5th round you take the BPA, you can't draft for need.

I like O'Callaghan, but none of those guys are going to start right away at RT. Jones probably will.

I second the part about Quadtrine Hill. I will go on record now saying he is the next Anderson.

I agree we need a RT. Jones looked bad on that side. I would like to see us pick up a RT and see if Jones might be better off at Left Guard and replace Kendall after next season.

I don't think it makes sense. If we need a RT we can draft one or sign one next year. We have D'brick, Mangold, Moore, and Kendall not bad 4/5 of the line. We are rebuilding people we can't fix EVERYTHING in this draft.

Sadly I have given up on hoping this FO will draft someone of value. Rather they seem to relish and take satisfaction in the idea of only drafting obscure players only they find of value. It seems we are at the beginning of another Mike Hickey draft area. Where getting value for a draft pick is a dirty word.

I would love O'callaghan. But iuts just getting hard to get excite about good players being left on the board when its becoming obvious we have no hope of taking any of them. I can't remember finding a Jet draft this upsetting in 20 years.

Just because they're "obscure" (which means, you've never heard of them, so why take them?), doesn't mean they're bad picks. They could end up being great picks. And Mangini, Tannenbaum, and the rest of the coaching staff and FO know A LOT more about draft prospects than you; or are you a scout?

The point isn't whether they will be good its that they are taking picks 1-3 rounds early. They are not getting value for the picks. You can either believe the Jets FO knows something the experts don't know on every pick or you can come to the conclusion that the one team that has been deviating from the experts value the most is because that team is reaching and does not know what they are doing. I don;t think anyone would have a problem with Clemens, Shlegal and Smith if we took them instead in the 3rd, 5th and 7th rounds. Oh no I am not a scout but unfortuntaley our FO has as much scouting experience as I do. None. The only football person and FO person with scouting expereince in the FO is Bradway and its becoming fairly obvious that he has had little input into this draft. They are not football people and its quite apparent their lack of football knowledge and expertise is hurting our draft. The experts warned us last winter we would pay dearly in this draft for hiring Tannenbaum and Mangini without hiring anyone expereinced enough to run the draft.

Isn't Scott still on the board? I didn't see him get picked.

He dropped this far, so don't cry about it. He obviously isn't the world beater. Nice pick-up by the Pats, though.

    This far?

I always thought he was a 4th rounder at best, so he dropped all of one round in my view. But we have nothing at OT, and he really couldve been a great pick. Just because hes a late rounder dosent mean he cant start. Look at Pettiti last year in Dallas
