I drafted this guy in one league and so far he just hasn't shown me much. Do you think the Lions can pick up Mike Martz system soon or should I try to move this guy? I know everyone is down on the raiders so I've already got a deal to acquire Jordan for Rhodes (slowly losing his job b/c addai is better) and Williams. What do you think?
I am biased, since I have Roy in 2 leagues, but I think its early to call him a bust. Seattle and Chicago are two very good Defenses. If he doesnt have a decent game this week against GB, it may tell us something, but I think it is to early. The Lions have a lot of Skill talent, they just need the )-Line to block a little better. Hopefully they find their groove this week against the pack.
Fair enough, I'll keep him for the GB game but if he continues to disappoint I'll just have to trade for Lamont and pray Oakland can generate some running game.
Lamont doesnt wow me at all right now. He lost Gallery, not sure how many games, not that it matters he was getting destroyed. and with Brooks out, not sure what you get out of Andrew Walter. Lamont could be seeing a lot of 8 in the box.
I hope he freakin pans out. He has been a dissappointment so far, but as MDM said, hes gone up against some tough D's. I really need him to step up since he is now my #1 reciever since TO is out for a few weeks....
I don't think its fair to think lamont is totally in trouble after failing vs. the ravens and chargers. There run D is sick. Cleveland will be a better barometer to see if he is a bust or not, but by then I'll have already seen the green bay game and made a decision on williams. I'm pretty pleased with my wr core even w/o williams, but if he can live up to the hype i'll hold on to him....
