    Without looking I'd say
    Maroney
    Addai
    Washington
    Jones-Drew
    Bush
    Norwood
    Williams
    White

I think that it would fall like this:

    Maroney
    Addai
    Washington
    Bush
    Jones-Drew
    Norwood
    White
    Williams

    Now I have to check!

    SPOILER ALERT@@@@

    Maroney 361
    Addai 354
    Washington 346
    Norwood 290
    Bush 196
    Jones Drew 187
    Williams 139
    White 111

I thought Jones-Drew had more yards than that! I knew Norwood had a few good games, but I was surprised by his numbers too.

Yeah I think Jones-Drew has a lot more receiving yards.

And Leon only 15 yards from the rookie leader? Fantastic

In case anyone complains, this is in the Jets forum as it is a thinly-veiled "Leon is great" post. :)

hopefully leon can keep it up, but even if he somehow did...there is noway the media would actually let him and not reggie bush get the ROY award
too many big names for him to have a shot.....leinart/young/maroney/bush

It would be sweet if Washington passes Maroney in the NE game and we get the win.

Remember some of those backs have had their bye week already, Washington hasn't.

ahh that explains moroney's numbers. I would be so thrilled if Washington came out and showed us that he was a better back than Moroney. My brothers a pats fan as some of you know and hes always telling me how good moroney is

Interesting point -- it seems like our backs don't catch passes out of the backfield -- except for that one screen that washington caught I really can't think of any other examples.

Yeah, the media slurpage of Reggie Bush is so f'n annoying. I love how they say he has like X yards per touch, combining his receptions, rushes and punt returns. They dont do that with anyone else. It makes him sound more impressive than what he is. He averages 3 yds per rushing attempt(which isnt good), and 7.5 yds per catch(which isnt good also, especially considering how many times they throw his way) yet you would think hes pulling a Marshall Faulk or Roger Craig. Hes not even the best rookie on his team.

as a pure runner I would take Norwood over all of them. The guy is going to be a monster in this league. Gotta love Leon though.

Yes, Maroney is a return man and the others aren't. Return yards don't get added for a reason, they're completely seperate.

Yards from scrimmage and yards rushing are the key figures here, and Maroney leads one categories and isn't far off in the other, you've got a good player without bizarre comparisons like this. "All-purpose yards", heh.
