Beat me to the punch, I was busy sending the link to my football-apathetic friend who happens to be a semi-not-too-distant cousin of Ben. The best part of this is his lawyer's statement. The wording is just insane.

Just because it took 1 year to file the complaint that does not preclude the fact that it might actually have happened. The Statute of Limitations allows certain complaints (frivolous or not) to be filed within a certain period of time, not necessarily immediately when the incident happens. While I agree that 1 year sounds a bit strange, filing the complaints now is still most probably within the laws of the State of Nevada.

 

I really don't care about this news. I'm just happy that Raiders insanity isn't the top topic anymore.
