Yeah you have to either be an X's and O's guru or a strict but respected leader. Saleh is neither.

We had an X's and O's guru at OC but he got ran out of town as a scapegoat by JD and/or Saleh.

If we're being honest, JD has had one good draft. Granted, it was a really good draft, but still just one draft. One good draft doesn't cover up all the misses in other drafts.

We should have a young, highly talented OL right now. Instead, we picked Becton over Wirfs (future HoF trajectory) and spent too much trading up for AVT. We've also failed to land any real OL talent in rounds 3+, which is where most good teams at least find long-term solutions at guard and center.

JD's real strength has been in trades, but even that is marred by a consistent lack of urgency in FA, especially with respect to OL.

Then there's the Saleh hire, which JD is solely responsible for and was clearly a terrible idea even at the time.

You're right. Saleh has to bench a few players in the game to send them a message. He's not that guy – because he's not in full control.
Talent is good, but not elite except our trio of DBs. Everything else is overrated and average to above average at best.

Alot of good RBs and WRs in the league.

His one good draft has begun to lost alot of its luster this season. JJ got hurt unfortunately, Breece looks way off, Garrett isn’t understanding his role, and even Sauce has regressed a bit. Im not giving up and any of them, but if that one good draft is why he’s still here we ought to really be honest about that one good draft

I don't think firing him after 4 games with Aaron is smart

see how things play out and go from there.

I've been watching since they were the Titans, I can handle it but the W - L record says that Saleh and Douglas cannot.
