    Saw this on FJM first.

Kevin Hench is leading the crusade against fruitcakes that try and make genetic disorders such as "cancer" an excuse to not play.

For people unaware, the reason Baldelli is "injured" and "exhausted" is that his mitochondria are messed up and his cells aren't making enough ATP for him to do anything athletic without getting exhausted very quickly, or for his legs to recover from activity. Doctors still can't really figure out why it's happening, his career is probably done, and it will remain a huge health issue for his lifetime. What a pussy.

I'm willing to bet the writer isn't aware of Baldelli's condition. He'll feel like a d-bag once he finds out.

If that's the case it doesn't make Hench look any better. It would mean that he is a lazy journalist who doesn't do ANY research. It's been a week since it was written and the article is still up with no apology.
