He had a very good preseason & definitely had to earn his roster spot as he looked on the outs w the suspension & the quality depth at DB. Will be interesting to see what his role will be given the current injuries
^ Agreed, he had some really impressive moments in preseason where he showed off his athleticism. If this dude can be coached up even if he's still raw the physical talents make up for a lot.
I can't say I was a fan of the trade last year but based on what we saw in pre season and how he played in camp he has the potential to be a starter next year. The question with him seems more can he stay out of trouble and focus on football. Hopefully, he has gotten the message. Robinson, Jones and Nickerson have me excited about our long term CB depth.
Nickerson will probably get the start at nickel this Sunday. He needs to make skrine expendable at the end of the season if we are going to keep th cap right. We already have a lot of money in tru and may be dishing out big coin to mo clairborne too
