You guys crack me up. Ask a guy to teach Spanish when hes an English major......The 3-4 is what Mangini knows. He didnt draft Rbertson and Vilma. Hes making it his team. Our defense with these guys who didnt fit, did pretty well after the bye when Mangini took over the Defense. Know see what he does with players who fit. Alot of you are crucifying Mangini for not using the 4-3 to accomodate the talent???? Obviously Woody opened the wallet and told coach to make it happen. So we shall see. Im pretty confident n the FO to use all these draft picks well. Move up to get Harris??? are you nuts???? Oh, wait, nevermind, hes PERFECT for our scheme.......Faith fellas

Hey I'm glad my team didn't throw away what they know about running a FLEX DEFENSE in order to run a vanilla 4-3 for two Balky knee underachievers...

Both guys are due big money now - Glad not by the Jets......

    Francessa on Vilma

Francessa on the FAN had a very interesting point on Vilma on Friday. He said that while many people (including Russo) are criticizing the Jets for not working with the players they have and fitting the scheme to them -- in Vilma's case -- VILMA refused to change and would not try to do the things that the Jets asked him to do. According to Francessa, Vilma was generally unhappy with doing anything that made him a than a ball chasing linebacker.
