http://espn.go.com/espn/story/_/id/8766638/rob-parker-suspended-espn-30-days I don't know what is more asinine, his comments themselves or his apology that stated the problem with his statements were an issue of race in sports. no, you dumb fuck, believing that black men have to behave in some specific, stereotypical way or else they are cornball has nothing to do with sports at all.
+1 The way this guy feels is a perfect example of why racism still exists. People shouldn't be isolating themselves from others based on skin color. Absolutely ignorant.
Where I have an issue is ESPN only suspending this idiot as but firing Rush. I am no fan of Rush in fact he disgusts me but what's fair is fair. If Parker was white imagine the fallout. Personally what does it matter if Griffin's fiance is white and if he is a Republican? Last time I checked this is America and it's not 1840. Those things are legal...unless I am dreaming? I think Griffin is a positive role model not just to young African American kids but white, Asian and Hispanic kids. Skin color doesn't matter, he's a good kid from a good family that works hard and shouldn't be judged by being a "black QB" how about he is just a QB?
