Wow, not a good month for Hall of Fame goalies. After Ken Dryden on September 5, now Eddie Giacomin (September 14) and Bernie Parent (September 21) have passed. The latter two played for my team's two most hated rivals, but the hatred never spilled over onto the goalies (and Giacomin's best years were before the Islanders even existed). RIP to three of the best goalies in the NHL from the mid-1960s through the 1970s.
