LaMont Screwed now? With Dominic Rhodes inoakland now does that mean that LaMont is gonan be a backup again or what? Rhodes is goign there just like Lamont did....he was a backup and people think he can start....if they made that mistake with Jordan, why would they take the chance again? Stupid raiders...they should be drrafting peterson.
I just heard about that; sure doesn't make any sense to me. Kiffin was just on the record stating how important Jordan was to the team, and that the only reason he was asked to take a pay cut (to 3 million) was because they needed cap space. That team only makes me scratch my head. Plus, I thought for sure Rhodes would end up with the Bills or Giants. Very strange...
No way the Raiders should have ever thought about drafting Peterson. It's Russell, Calvin Johson, or trade down. Meanwhile, I think that Jordan and Rhodes are going to split carries until Jordan's inevitable reinjuring of his leg.
Raiders are waiting for 2008(better class of Rbs) to get their future back. Competition is very good . Let L jordan , D rhodes and Justin Fargas battle it out for playing time. IF You watched any USC games kiffin not afraid to use a Rb by committee approach. Was able to keep alot of guys happy.
