This according to Bob Raissman on Daily News Live.. says that's what his sources told him. Take it for what it's worth.

Rex Ryan is outspoken, but he's not stupid. There's no way Tannenbaum would let him show his cards.

I highly doubt these two are the guys that we're targeting tonight.

Didnt Jimmy smith admit to abusing Codein, fail 3 drug tests, and assault someone in college?

I see Jimmy Smith as the type of player that could be out of the league in a few years. Then again, he could be a stud.

Our coach doesn't put a whole lot into one's character as long as they can play well....

Hopefully NYJ can select Cam Heyward if open....even if he comes from a university who hasn't produced shit at defense in a while.

Why not? We all know Rex loves cornerbacks, and with Cromartie an FA, he's probably gone. He probably loves Reed's motor, too. Those definitely would seem like two of the most "Rex" guys in the draft. Does that mean the draft guys in the room agree? We'll find out in a few hours.

And it's pretty clear the Jets have a bunch of leaks in the organization, we're very media-friendly.

I knew they were pieces of shit long before they were drafted.

If you think Cam Heyward is going to be another Gholston, I've lost some respect for you.

Let's not go over your recent Notre Dame players, or lack of recently.

He's in the same boat as Little Animal....only Jenkins thus far has been really, really plagued by injuries in his young NFL career.

I said I wanted Cam Heyward on the Jets....

I even took him in our 7 rder with the Bills.

Notre Dame has produced some good players lately though....Ryan Grant(When he's healthy), John Carlson, Justin Tuck, Anthony Fasano is ok... I don't want to make this a "Your vs my school" WW85.

I'm really not an OSU fan, just know the team real well cause I live in the area.

OSU has had a run of bad luck with defensive players. The little animal is the real deal.

You know, these guys were not worthy of being picked at where they were. I never like them when they were playing for Ohio State, and I couldn't believe the Jets drafted them.

I've had other players from Ohio State that I have disliked more coming out of college (Well, Gholston was up there, I couldn't stand him in college) but I still feel pissed that the Jets of all teams drafted these scrubs.

Regardless, Ohio State isn't known for producing bad defensive players, a few have come out of the program, but they have produced more studs then duds.

never seen reed play live but I saw the video they showed on jets nation today. he looks like clay matthews and has a motor like clay matthews. not saying he is, that would be foolish. he looks like a safe bet to be a good player.
