Rex says it was his fault for the conservative play calling and failure to stretch the field. Said the Ravens won 45 out of 47 games when the will the TO battle, and he drove that point home too hard, needs to do more when teams load the box.

Revis not being on Boldin was his call, he kept Revis on the left, and didn't want him to follow a WR across the field.

Boldin was in the slot on the big play, and Revis wasn't on him... again says it was his decision.

He over-thought himself last night and let the moment get to him. Which frankly I'm worried about.

Not to say we should've or shouldn't have gone for it, but Rex was ready to go for it on 4th and 1 before Folk's second field goal before time out was called. And that's Rex's way to play, he's a guy that'll say "fuck you we have the best rushing attack in the league and we can get this despite you knowing what we're doing." I just feel like during that time-out he second guessed his rather sizable gut call. I want the Rex that even if he's wrong is going to make HIS decision. And I got the feeling he was talked out of going for it there.

Says Cro didn't look good to him either... he needs to play with more confidence. Says even if a WR gets behind him, he has make up speed. Says he needs to jam WR's at the LoS better, be more physical.

Not down about Jenks... not going to dwell on it. The next man goes in there, and we know he's gonna play. We overcame it last year.

Rex taking the blame doesn't worry me, he's doing it to keep the preasure off the rest of the team. Just like he claimed the trash talking was all him when it clearly wasn't. I see it as a sign of a good coach. Now let's see how he gets the team ready for NE.

yeah I mentioned to a friend of mine who isn't a Jets fan that Cro loves bump and run but isn't bumping and just running behind the WR.

Rex is right. We win the next two weeks and we are sitting at 2-1 on top of the division.

Also said there's absolutely no truth to the Schotty skirmish rumors.

Rex doesn't make excuses. Gotta love the no-nonsense approach.

Maybe.... just maybe the people calling for Schotty's head on a platter are all wrong.

Rex if nothing else, tends to tell the truth. I can see this happening in the tunnel, Rex bitches at Schooty for 9 points. Schotty says you tied my hands behind my back, and NOW yer gonna bitch me out? Fuck you Rex. Rex goes, why you little fuckin bastard... and Rex has a chance today to rethink it... and realises he was just too timid on offense against his old defense, a defense that scares him, because it HIS defense.

OK, purely hypotheitcal, but so are the people calling for Schotty's head on a plate. Like the people that wanted to kill Sutton for Mangini's fuck ups. The way 'ol Herm wnet into KC promoting Solari to OC just so he had a scapegoat. Now, Rex is no lieing POS like Herm... he's gonna own up.
