We don't get to see how much personal time he spends with the other young players but it sure looks from the video that Jamaal will at least make this team and who knows, maybe he'll take over as Pace's fill-in at some point week 1 or 2....

This is a completely anectodotal observation from watching this video but I will use faulty inductive reasoning anyway to say that since Rex was seen working with Westerman rather than Gholston in the video, it is because he sees more potential in him. And to answer the question that I know is coming my way... Yes, we must make every thread about Gholston.
Well only Gholston can control Gholston's performance and if Gholston doesn't show up and produce, then Gholston won't get to play as much as Gholston wants to and Jets fans will know that Gholston is a bust.
