Bottom line....He's public guy, using public facilities to throw some spice in the pot...so it does beg the question.

But at the end of the day, it's not too much worse than getting photographed on his way into Le Trapeze.....

if he has any sense of humor at all he'll say something about how he's heard the Patriots do this too.

These videos were not leaked... they were out there in the public domain. If she put them in the public domain, then it's not over the line to ask him about them. I think it's all a non story too, but they can ask him about this.
