7 Round draft starts Sat, March 26th. The Comp picks should be announced on Monday, March 28th. I will add them to the end of round 3 and beyond. I hope you guys agree with the 2 hour limit next draft. We have been doing real well so far in this draft but a few GMs pushed it over 2 hours.
I think its ok, but maybe consider having like a round a night and have like 20 min a pick. I know its tight, but we dont have long lay offs between picks
There's really no need to do that. It's not like we're on a tight schedule to get these things done, doing something like that will really screw up people's ability to be involved in these drafts. I personally don't even mind the three hours, we certainly move quicker than we did when we started this thing, and everything goes fairly smooth. I think getting people to send lists would speed things up more than lowering the time limit, because not many picks even get past the 2 hour mark.
I'm really not trying to make this draft into a sprint. Lowering the time limit is to encourage Gm's to forward their board. I understand and appreciate that each GM would like to post their own pick, but it is impossible. Code...setting up a specific time for everyone to be here is unrealistic. School, work, family...etc
Do you guys know you can receive an E-mail alert when you receive a Private message???........when you're OTC. You can send your E-mails to your phone. User panel (CP), under edit options to make this change.
