Well... the optimist would say we hit on 1 out of 11... The pessimist would say the same thing... Here's where Macc earns his paycheck..Or not.
So we should be due for another solid player... right? But please don't make a list for the rest of the rounds or we will all lose hope.
Looking forward to bucking the trend today. Please don't draft Kizer or Webb. Sent from my KIW-L24 using Tapatalk
Mac needs to nail these 3 picks tonight. We already got one immediate starter from this draft. If we can get two more then that would suffice. These picks are so crucial for us. Rounds 4-7 if we get lucky with one guy then that's a bonus. But he really needs to get 2 more starters out of the money rounds tonight at least.
Odds are in Mac's favor tonight...the Jets are due for a home run in the 2nd round. I want Mac to draft Lamp, so I can say, "I Love Lamp." Then go get Jake Butt to buttress the hole at TE.
There's so much polished talent left. Just pick somebody I don't have to hear "raw with upside" about 10 seconds after the pick... Man that list pisses me off and it pissed me off when Vlad was the worst.
That 2002 pick of McGraw really underscores how stupid Terry Bradway is--After passing on S Ed Reed in round 1, Boobway suddenly realizes the jets need a S so he reaches for McGraw in round 2--ESPN then runs highlights of McGraw PLAYING THE VIOLIN and they talk about what an accomplished musician he is--no wonder he washed out in a year or two. Who is stupider, Bradway or Idzik?
I want you I need you But there ain't no way I'm ever gonna love you Now don't be sad 'Cause one out of eleven ain't bad Now don't be sad 'Cause one out of eleven ain't bad
I'm racking my brain to think of who's even the second best out of that list. I guess Geno, or Justin Miller who was at least a good returner when he wasn't in a body cast.
