I thought yesterday Coles, Cotch and co made some big catches in tough situations.

Coles had some early catches that could easily have been knocked down by the defender but he is a tough guy and made the plays.

Cotches TD catch was sweet too. That defender, instead of trying to intercept it, should have batted it away but again, Cotch was too good.

Just thought id give props to these guys on their game.

It was a great team effort but some of their catches were just pure toughness. :jets:

No arguement here, both played well. LC should have caught that one long (I believe it was a post pattern) pass though....

Cotchery catches everything near him. Where is the 'I was completely wrong about Jericho Cotchery' thread? The guy is a superb athlete. He's quick, he gets open, he holds onto the ball, he catches balls not right to him, he takes big hits, he runs after the catch.

yep, justin even got a few good ones and that one long one down the middle was a good catch.

agreed on smithy, would like to see him get amongst it...good to see chad use a few receivers too, i think he hit 8.

The thing I noticed about Cotchery is he really uses his body well. He plays much bigger than he is. I was surprised when I looked this morning and he was listed at 6'0", 207#
