Great game, best one so far on the PS3 even though it's cartoony. Ratchet and Clank are both pretty funny and the graphics are ridiculously well done. One of te things that Sony has touted about the Cell processor is it's ability to control a numbe rof different processes at one, all of which can be displayed on-screen. Well, this game does it. You'll be grinding a rail while being fired at by flying robot machine things and the building beside the rail that's being hit by bombs and bullets begins to collapse beside you, all the while, flying cars are zooming around and other battle ships are shootig in the distance, it really is impressive. I find it hard to assess graphics by my own standards in a game like this, because I judge graphics by realness, but this game does impress me. Not to mention, it is action-packed and fun as hell. If you have a PS3 or have access to one, check it out.
yeah, I've never played any of them, but the demo is pretty fantastic. I may have to pick it up when I am done with NHL 08. I pretty much just play one game at a time.
I would rent it before you buy it, I am pretty sure the story mode is the only mode in the game so once you're done, you're done.
This is the 2nd game besides Heavenly Sword that makes me want to purchase the 3. I remember having loads of fun with the ps2 versions, the RnC series has been good for a while.
by the time I am done with NHL, there will certainly be a used copy at Gamestop which lets you rent them free for a week.
