    Pre Draft Mock Draft

    Trades
    Darrelle Revis to TB for TB 2013 4th (114) and 2014 1st, 2nd
    NYJ 1st (9) to STL for STL 1st (16) and 3rd (80)

    Top 8
1.) Kansas City Chiefs: Luke Joekel, OT
2.) Jacksonville Jaguars: Ezekial Ansah, DE
3.) Oakland Raiders: Star Lotulelei, DT
4.) Philadelphia Eagles: Shariff Floyd, DT
5.) Detroit Lions: Dee Milliner, CB
6.) Cleveland Browns: Dion Jordan, OLB
7.) Arizona Cardinals: Eric Fisher, OT
8.) Buffalo Bills: Geno Smith, QB

    Draft
"1st (16): Jonathan Cooper, OG, UNC
Cooper will come in and solidify our line right away. He can take Ducasse spot and make our line a major strength and adds much needed depth to the line. Warmack is gone and Cooper better fits our system anyway and we gain a 3rd rounder along with him. "

    "2nd (40): Matt Elam, S, Florida
Elam is a amazing safety and can do it all. He is an excellent run stopper and a ball hawk. He does gamble a bit but that’s why he is a 2nd rounder. His strengths block out his weaknesses and he will solidify our secondary with Revis gone."

    "3rd (74): DeMontre Moore, OLB, Texas A&M
Moore has had a horrifying past few weeks but I think that he is a top 10 talent still. We get the steal of the draft and we finally get our pass rushing LB that we have been searching for since Rex got here."

"3rd (80): Steadman Bailey, WR, West Virginia
Bailey is the best all around WR in this draft and we get him in the third. We add to a decently strong WR corps and then keep it strong when we cut Holmes next year. He won't have to come in and start right away but he will be ready to go. Also when we get our new QB in 2014 we have a more experienced WR corps."

"4th (108): Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
Lattimore is the best running back in the draft but because of the devastating injury he falls to us in the 4th. This is a little bit of a dream but he definently could fall this far down. He wont be 100% at the start of training camp but later in the year will be competing with Goodson and Powell for the starting spot."

"4th (114): Dion Sims, TE, Michigan St
Sims will come in and split time with Cimberland at TE. He is an excelent blocker and a big target especially in the red zone. He won't be a three down TE right away but will be a great red zone guy and a third down 1st or 2nd down guy"

    "5th (143): Brian Winters, OT/OG, Kent St
Winters give us solid depth when Colon goes down and can play the T spot if Howard or god forbid Ferguson goes down. He may even be able to work his way into the starting G spot in a year or two."

"6th (180): Quanterus Smith, DE, Western Kentucky
Smith falls due to his ACL tear but had 13.5 sacks in a shortened year. He's a pure pass rusher and would probably only be used as a 3rd Down pass rusher primarily. We should take a chance on a guy who had 13.5 sacks in a shortened year."

"7th (217): Sean Renfree, QB, Duke
We take a gamble on Renfree he can come in and compete for that third QB and will hopefully turn into a solid backup. He has the skills to become a starter but it will take quite a few years to complete that process."

    Opening Day Roster
    QB: Garrard, Sanchez, Renfree, McElroy
    RB: Lattimore, Goodson, Powell, McKnight
    FB: Hilliard
    WR: Holmes, Kerley
    WR: Hill, Bailey
    TE: Cumberland, Sims, Smith, Rueland
    RT: Howard, Winters
    RG: Colon, Winters
    C: Mangold, Schlauderaff
    LG: Cooper, Ducasse
    LT: Ferguson

    DE: Wilkersom
    DT: Ellis, Garay, Harrison
    DE: Coples
    LOLB: Barnes, Smith, Sapp
    WILB: Davis, Bellore
    MILB: Harris, Mauga
    ROLB: Moore, McIntyre
    CB: Cromartie, Lankster, Berry
    CB: Wilson, Trufant
    FS: Elam, Bush
    SS: Allen, Jarrett

    K: Folk
    P: Malone
    KR: McKnight
    PR: Bailey
    LS: Purdam

I would love this, not super flashy but solidifies a lot of holes across the board. Not sure about Moore or Elam falling so far though.

I'd vomit in front of the TV on the rug if this took place. Getting Revis for a 2013 4th and then dropping down to 16th to take an OG? LOL, I think Rex would rather give himself an enema in front of the entire draft day audience.

I'd be extremely happy if our draft looked like this. We get a bunch of quality players who can come in and compete.

I'm pretty sure that Moore would not drop to the 3rd though. I just can't see a guy that was a top 3 pick in most mocks drop to the 3rd. If he's there at our second we better be jumping at him.

    1. At MINIMUM I want a 2nd this year for Revis.

    2. Like Cooper/Elam in the first 2 rounds if they're there (which I don't think they will be). Don't think Moore will be there in round 3 either.

    3. Want no part of Lattimore in the 4th round. He was a good not great prospect when healthy, and I want players who can help this season in the 4th.

I like Bailey but I'd much rather have Hopkins, Woods or Swope.
