    It's bullshit... Pakulak was signed through futures a couple of days ago and is nothing more than a camp leg. We had him here too...

    Beautifully played by Lechler though.....he'll get signed pretty quick to a team of his choosing.

    I heard the interview live with Adam Schein and Rich gannon on Sirius....

    i was surprised with how candid Lechler was but it was refreshing to hear. he was 100% right........


    glad to see the players take a stand though.

    There should be an Al Davis Rule. You can't own a team past 80 years old.........

    that'd apply to ralph wilson and bud adams too

    Weatherford is the man....but I'd gladly replace him with Lechler

    I have no qualms with Weatherford being our punter......he's been lights' out this year.


    But Lechler would be tough to pass up given the opportunity to sign him.

    They need to take the Raiders away from that man. There must be some insanity rule. I know he was crucial in the AFL merger, but I think everyone is even at this point.

    I would not. Weatherford is amazing at gettting kicks insde of the 10 and keeping them in play. He's the reason we led the league in kicks downed inside the 20. His leg may not be as big, but his accuracy is among the very best around.

    first off, weatherford has been money this season. dude's been clutch. but isn't lechler freakin' robo leg? i remember watching him boot 60 yard punts with hangtime. i wouldn't be against a look... but again,weatherford has been money.

    I like Weatherford. As good as Lechler is, I find it hard to see the Jets taking on more salary to drop Weatherford and pick Lechler up just to improve the punting game by a slight margin.
