The club has what they think of as their short term answer (Brooks) and their long term answer (Walter) so it's definitely not a guarantee that Young is the pick. Possible though... I think it should be either Ngata or Bunkley (I like Ngata better) because they have nothing behind Warren Sapp and I don't think they want to give up 200 rushing yards a game next season.
see man...young still wins.. btw i'm trying to hurry cuz i wanna get this done before the draft gets here..
I say trade down with Ravens. There are alot of rumors of Ravens and Raiders dealing with each other.(Raiders getting back a Raven defensive player to switch spots in first round. Ravens want a QB and most likely Raiders can't get the player they want at 7. Probabl;y can get one players they like at raven spot. This trade wouldn't happen till the Raiders are on clock. (QB the Ravens are targeting would have to be still on board)
Raiders are not taking a QB with first pick. I say Raiders take Brodick Buntley out of players you have listed(assuming no trades and players you have listed)
Thats not true although they probably like to play their best Dlineman Tom Kelly at DE on run downs(very hard for teams to run outside of him) , he can play W Sapp DT position. Also they have A hawthorne . The Ted Washington position going to be filled by T Sands 6'7 345 and R Moore 6'3 324)( FA from seattle) I would think they have more concerns there(run stuffer) than at W sapp position. H Ngata IMo Has greater chance for bust. I wouldn't touch him at 7. I would pick B Bunkley over him.
Here is Raiders players IMO they want 1. Mario Williams- Not happening at 7 2 AJ Hawk - thats not happening either 3 Vernon Davis- Hes there at 7 and he pick 4. B Bunkley OR M Huff
