JetsLookingforDWare as for my summary so I'll oblidge. Not big on summaries so I'll just give my thoughts on some players that caught my eye with the caveat that I focused more on positions I thought the Jets would be looking at.

Iupati, Mike - Board favorite. Very good when playing at LG, his natural, position but in practice and the game struggled whenever he was asked to play at other spots. Not sure what to think about that.

Gilyard, Mardy - Maybe the best WR at the Senior Bowl in out of his breaks. Had some lapses in concentration early in the week but played well since.

Muckelroy, Roddrick - It's good that he proved that he can play slot WR this week, because there's no way he can play RB in the NFL. I don't care what he did in the SEC.

Robinson, Patrick - Best overall physical tools out of all the CBs. Fast, good size, great feet and quickness. Likes to peek in the backfield and can get over overagressive but 1st round talent.

Thomas, Cam - At times he was unblockable but his motor is not always running.

Price, Taylor - Had a couple of good days of practice but did not do much outside of that.

Cox, Perrish - Just did not get to see enough of him. Did well on the limited one on one drills I saw play.

Odrick, Jared - Dominant all week, nuff said.

Misi, Koa - Showed some versatility playing on and off the LOS.

McCourty, Devin - Solid all week in. Seems to do everything well but nothing spectacular.

Williams, Dan - Like Odrick was beating double teams on a consistent basis.

Carrington, Alex - Surprised me and a lot of people with his strenght. The increase level of competition did not affect him.

Graham, Brandon - Advance pass rushering moves for a guy coming out of college. There was not a tackle in Alabama that could block him, that's practice and the game.

Williams, Jeremy - Probably nothing more than a position WR.

Hoomanawanui, Mike - This dude is a bulldoozer with soft hands.

Asante, Larry - This guy lays the lumber.

Nice review. Nice to hear other voices in the draft forum too.

I think Iupati is a true LG, and that's not a bad thing. He'll get taken high, and get paid well when it's said and done. Guy is a really good prospect there...

What do you think of Brandon Lang? Do you see Cam Thomas as a NT prospect? Why didn't Boo Robinson, Arthur Jones, and Vince Oghobaase play? What's the cure for cancer? Are people really born twice?

    1) Andre Roberts from Citadel would like you to reconsider what you just said.

    2) Been preaching about him for a while.

    Thanks for the opinions.

I think Muckelroy is a LB though. Maybe you were talking about McCluster?

Iupati had a 50/50 game I thought he looked good against the run, but I didnt think he was good in pass protection, maybe it was more so Geno Atkins playing extremely well

Iupati struggled on the right side - when he was lined up on the right, he held a few times and Geno Atkins just out hustled him. Atkins stock rose a lot yesterday.

When Iupati moved back to the left side, he was dominant.

I'm pretty sure you meant to say Dexter McCluster from Ole Miss.

As for Asante, he may be able to hit but he is unaware in coverage. He was several yards deep in the end zone and allowed Peek to catch a TD right near the goal line. He did get a good hit on him - but again, that came after the TD catch. It was a stupid play to back himself up so far in the end zone, after that I didn't really keep my eye out for him.

Blount also improved his stock in that week/game. He showed a great burst for a big back, some tough running, and some speed that people didn't think he had. He certainly didn't vault himself back into the 1st day like he was projected to be at the start of the season but it looks like he will certainly get drafted.

LaGarrette Blount had a hell of a Senior Bowl week.

You didn't know, man? Rod Muckelroy decided he had no future on defense, so he decided to play receiver and running back.

    BAHAHAHA

Nice one man!! You're better than him too!!

    Quick question to the board:

After the week Odrick had, what do you think he does at the combine? Can he run a sub-5?

What is the point to all of your bullshit? You can send me all the annoying "LOL" PMs you want, but don't spam in good threads to get a rise out of me.

Sorry. I should know better and realize it's only allowed when you do it.

What do my PMs have to do with anything btw? I was just thanking you for letting be in all your posts no matter what, again, by including me in your sig, again...since that can be public info now. It's like you can keep a piece of me with you wherever you post.

Cut it out. I'll break heads if another thread gets derailed.
