How do you deal with build up? Doesn't it cause more stress? You can't focus on work due to build up. You can't sleep at night due to build up. Not to mention more frequent chubbies/boners in public. Plus I thought it was a good idea to fap before going on a date so you don't buss to quick. Going completely fap free seems like a huge task. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think a balance is probably better. Maybe twice a week so it's not an addiction.

geezuz krist - u boys crack me up......there should be minimal "build up" at best. there is so much tail crawling around everywhere there is no excuse for any of u deplorables not to be getting action at LEAST 5 days a week. i mean seriously. all u 20/30/40 year olds better wise up and get uber aggressive cause once u hit 50 the staff doesn't quite straighten out like it used too.

No. Some actually take it serious and in some cases has nothing to do with religion. Some feel that because of online porn they've become addicted to it and instead of seeking the real thing they'll just 'fap'. You old generations won't understand.
