I got a question Brook. How long are we going to be able to rant about the pick this year? Till the end of the draft, or do we all got to love up the pick a soon as its made? I might need the weekend to build up to my slobbery welcome post.

No bickety. Give me some credit man. I admit, I am not a college football guy but I watched a lot of tape this past weekend thanks to ColordaContrails. I am now firmly on the Fields team. I am just hoping for a miracle so we pick Fields over Wilson. But I will be a good sport. I will still be at season opener and cheer my lungs out for this kid if he is the QB. Yep. Renewed my lousy season ticket again. I am a sucker
Brook! I have to admit, that I am just as surprised as Bickety was that you dont like Wilson. Mind if I ask why you don't like him? What specifically did you see on the tape that you watched on him, that turned u off to him? Just curious....
I can't nitpick everything pat. I am not a pro. But my concerns are his durability and his battle testiness. Fields is very solid in both fronts imo. I also think Fields will have a career path close to Watson. He will be upscale talent after a year or so. I believe in him very much
Just a question: According to Douglas, all coaches were given time to fully evaluate all options independently prior to meeting and discussing their findings. All of our coaches came to the apparent same conclusion about one prospect. They all agreed through independent analysis. If the pick is Wilson, which I can almost guarantee you it is, does that not convince you that choosing Wilson is the smarter play? Or am I supposed to believe they are all wrong. Every single one of them?
Falco - very good question. I am the one who started the thread pleading my trust to Jets' brass evaluation process. I love it. That's why, if Jets pick Wilson I won't be bitter or I won't cancel my season ticket. I will still be at every game supporting this kid. I also don't think Wilson will bust entirely. Maybe he will work out beyond my imagination. I just prefer Fields as I don't feel comfortable with Wilson. That's all.
Am I wrong? That's literally what's happening lol. Not going to get into a patented Legler "debate" where you criticize everyone for incorrectly "inferring" while making no clear points yourself. Remarkable that no one knows wtf you mean when you communicate exclusively via GIFs and one liners.
Legler, not for nothing, but you are not one to criticize passionate Wilson supporters LOL I mean, your infatuation of Fields is quite remarkable in and of itself
