I'm so glad the fans cheered for the Brick! Im sure not everyone was thrilled, but he's ours now, and he got a great welcome. The BEST was the Jets fan pointing to his head over and over, as if to say 'Good pick, way to use your brain' :-D Not glamourous, but necessary.. lets see how the rest plays out before those who hate the pick lynch the FO.
i could not possible agree more! great job jets fans, showed to be real fans to day!!!!! its almost like its a new day, 10 years ago people woulda been freaking out at this pick, similar to some on this board.
i think the reason they all cheered was because they remembered what happened with eli... and realized how much the saints were looking at D'brick.
Even though I disagreed with the Pick, I'm glad they cheered. We have to remember, These guys are young men and are only guilty of being good football players.
