Here you go boys: GameSpot is reporting that Sony is offering a deal that could allow gamers to acquire a 60 GB PlayStation 3 for $349. Until August 31st, two weeks from today, those who are approved for a SonyCard Visa receive $150 off of any purchase of $299 and up at the Sony Style store. And guess what they sell there. Now I'm not one to encourage people to overextend their credit, but if you were leaning towards getting a PS3, this is definitely a good time to make a move. Right now the system includes a deal for 5 free Blu-Ray movies, and there's free shipping this weekend. Also on the PS3 front, several new (free) downloads out today, including demos of DiRT and NCAA Football 08, and two more Heavenly Sword videos.
