Come on guys Woody is depending on that money for Christmas presents. Otherwise his daughter wont get the ski chalet in Aspen or the Lexus sports coupe.
I'm not a ticket holder so i don't know how it works. What happens when you send the $$ in and they don't make the playoffs. refunds? or down payment on next year?
You have the option to get a refund and they send it later than sooner or you can apply the $$$ to next years package.
With a win yesterday, I was going to send it in today. Now, I will send it Thursday or Friday. It is so dumb that we must pay for three games. The Giants only charged for two, and there is no possible way to get three home games. To send them 1200 bucks just to get refunded 900 does not make any sense.
I am only sending for 2 games, the divisional and championship, you do not have to pay for the wild card
That is a mistake, and the jets are attempting to remedy. You can only play two home playoff games... you only have to pay for two.
HUH??? You can do that??? The letter states you must pay full invoice price. and you could not pay for only certain games. If you do not pay full invoice, then your invoice will not be processed.
Call the jets ticket office. They should inform you that you only have to play for two games, because it is impossible for a team to play three home playoff games. They also sent an email correcting the invoice.

I posted the email a couple of weeks ago, but basically it says "there has been some confusion," Yeah, there's confusion alright, they fucked up the billing on the written invoice. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR 3 GAMES. Go to your account online at the NY Jets and you have the option of paying for it with your credit card... there's a $12 charge for doing so, but the amount that is shown on the NY Jets website under your account is the only amount you have to pay (it's only for 2 games).
I'm waiting until the end of the week to pay mine. I probably would have gladly paid by now were it not for the fact that I'm so fucking pissed it isn't even funny.
I fooled around like that in 2002. Overnighted payment to them after the GB game. They told me I was SOL. Went to ticket broker and purchased tickets. Went to Chicago for the weekend, and came home to see in the mail my tickets from the Broker and 3 more tickets that the Jets gave me in a "comparable" area. I was now stuck with 7 tickets the day before the game.
The guy who sits next to me did the same thing at the time and got screwed out of his tickets also. I don't intend to mail it in. I'm going to pay for it on my credit card on Friday. I'm so pissed though, I don't the money out there any longer than it has to be.
Playoffs? PLAYOFFS?? Don't talk to me about PLAYOFFS!!!!! Anyway, I have two accounts, my wife's and my own. Mine has the parking pass, I sent that in a week or two ago so I'm covered there. The good seats we use are hers, I'm not so sure I have it to spare, even though I could end up upstairs for the playoffs, it's better than laying out another $600 and then we don't have a home playoff game.
