I never take these seriously but I always like to do this before a draft...

Quentin Groves : DeMarcus Ware - Both of them are deceptively strong, very fast, very explosive, very fluid, and both are considered heady, high motor players. I really think Groves reminds everyone why he was so nasty at the combine.

John Carlson : Jason Witten - This guy is a very good, all around TE prospect. I value receiving tight ends more, but he's also a nasty blocker and plays like a badass. My favorite TE in this class.

Vernon Gholston : John Abraham - I've heard this one alot and I like it. Both of them are extremely explosive, extremely versatile athletes who could play in the 3-4 or the 4-3.

Rashard Mendenhall : Deuce McCallister - Pre-injuries McCallister was very fast and very quick for a man with his size. I've been seeing this one lately, and I like it.

Shawn Crable : Davis Bowens - He's young enough that his ceiling could be as high as another Jason Taylor. Right now though, I think he's a similar player to Bowens. Both use their length and speed very well to rush the passer and get in the backfield. Crable can looked really lost when asked to do anything but rush the passer, but he's not incapable of dropping back into coverage (unlike Bowens. I REALLY like Crable though, and I think long term this guy is going to be a very, very good player. Michigan's really pumped out some good 3-4 talent in the past couple years.

Branden Albert : Eric Steinbach - Tall, physically gifted offensive Gs. Both of these guys have had the "they could play LT" talk around them as prospects. I think Albert is the better athlete of the 2, and Steinbach is a top 5 LG.

Ryan Clady : Watered down D'Brick - Both LT's with size questions, but so technically sound and athletically gifted that they still get top 10 grades (top 5 for D'Brick). I do think D'Brick has the better build and more balanced build of the two.

Early Doucet : Hines Ward - My favorite WR in the whole draft. This guy can and will do everything you ask of him. He's not too different from Cotchery though, just a better blocker.

Brian Brohm : Drew Brees - I got mad reading this on NFL.com because well...it's a damn good comparison for Brohm. Brohm is bigger and heavier than Brees, but physically and mentally both are very similar. Neither is praised for their arm strength, but their touch, accuracy, and above average arm strength allows them to throw excellent deep balls. Both are considered heady QBs who work well with in WC/timing based offenses. Both have excellent mechanics and quick releases. Phillip Rivers is another comparison I've seen, but beyond the arm strength I don't buy it. They're very different personalities on field. I do expect a high completion % and good decision making from Brohm as an NFL QB.

I think Chris Williams is a watered down Brick - no passion, no aggression, great athleticism.

Jonathan Stewart: Jamal Lewis, both are very powerfull Runners with incredibe balance. You better get more than one guy on them, and even then they might drag 3 defenders with them for another 5 yards, legs never ever go dead. Way faster than you ever expectet big guys like these can be.

As a huge LSU fan I think he is the perfect fit he is fast and he is strong. He had a hamstring injury which was a little scarry but he was big in everything after that
